Online Order Processing & Shipping Process

At CAWS, we work to process and ship online orders as quickly and accurately as possible while ensuring every order is prepared fresh and meets our quality standards.

Order Processing Hours

Online orders are processed Tuesday–Thursday, from 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. Orders received during these processing hours will be reviewed, prepared, packaged, and

scheduled for shipment according to our normal fulfillment process.

Orders Received Outside Processing Hours

Orders received outside of our Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM processing window may require additional processing time and can take 3–5 business days

to process and ship. This allows our team the necessary time to coordinate production, packaging, quality control, and shipping.

Our Commitment

Our goal is to process every order accurately, package it with care, and get it on the way as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its delivery.
